C. The 7th Circuit Court of Appeals just ruled that Brendan Dassey’s confession to the murder of photographer Teresa Halbach, which was the subject of the Netflix doc Making a Murderer, was improperly obtained, and that Dassey should be released from his life sentence or retried. ABC News
