B. The number of applicants to law school has increased by 10.6% this year, per a study released by LSAC. Still, that figure is less concerning to this year’s applicants than the 14.6% increased cited back in December. ABA Journal
C. Student loan refinancer SoFi just released its own law school rankings. Rankings were based entirely on the average salary of graduates and the average debt of graduates. At the top? Cornell, which used to only rank first in the “Oh yeah, that’s in the Ivy League” power rankings, and BYU, which used to only rank first in “Name a school in Utah that doesn’t have Utah in its name” power rankings.
