In other lawsuit news, alleged serial sexual harasser and assaulter and all-around monster Harvey Weinstein was planning to sue the New York Times, which initially broke the story about his decades-long harassment of women. But he just lost another hot-shot lawyer from his legal team, killing that case. Deadline
C. In SCOTUS news, Trump is making private, very macabre predictions about the deaths of Supreme Court Justices Ginsburg and Sotomayor. But of course Trump believes that he will be able to set aside any outspoken woman who disagrees with him. Axios
D. In the meantime, SCOTUS will decide whether federal prosecutors can force companies like Microsoft to turn over its customers data that is stored outside the country. NY Times
E. Astrophysicists at UC Santa Cruz either witnessed for first time ever two neutron stars colliding, ushering in a “new era” for the field, or the weed there is even better than previously believed. MSN
