Today is your final chance to register for the December LSAT. You’ll have to do so over the phone or online through the LSAC website.

You should know that the December LSAT is probably going to be your last chance to get an LSAT score in time for this application cycle. So, if you don’t register for the December LSAT, then you’re probably going to have to put off law school for a year.

If you’ve been studying for the December LSAT for the past two months, but for some reason haven’t registered for it yet, you need to do so immediately. Also, if you know you won’t get another chance to study for the LSAT, you should go ahead and register for the December LSAT.

There is still a lot of time left for you to improve your LSAT score. So, if you’re not happy with your current practice LSAT scores, you shouldn’t let this keep you from merely registering for the December LSAT. Your best practice LSAT scores should come in the two weeks before the December LSAT, anyway.

Keep in mind that you will still have until midnight the day before the December LSAT to decide if you actually want to take the test. Your wallet may not like you withdrawing from the LSAT, but if you know you’re not going to get the LSAT score you want it may be your best option.

Luckily, if you already registered for the December LSAT, and you’re sure that you’re not going to be ready (maybe you haven’t studied at all), today is your last chance to get a partial refund from LSAC.

There are a few other December LSAT deadlines that expire this weekend.

This Sunday is going to be your last chance to change your December LSAT test day or December LSAT test center. There aren’t as many LSAT testing centers to choose from in December as compared to the June or October LSATs, but I recommend that you check out our guide to Blueprint-area LSAT test centers. Don’t assume that all LSAT test centers are equal. Some will feature completely incompetent proctors (the kind that call time 5 minutes early). Others will feature annoyances like tiny desks and loud surroundings. Everyone’s a bit tense on LSAT test day, so minor annoyances can really throw you off.

Finally, if you’ve already registered, double-check your biographical information. You need to make sure that your name and date of birth are correct and match the information on your photo identification.
