Like 1960s psychedelic rock supergroup Cream, we here at Blueprint feel free. As in, feel like telling you about our free admissions seminar at Southwestern Law School…

    Nailed it.

On Saturday, September 6th, in partnership with Southwestern, we’ll be offering an overview of the LSAT, as well as in-depth explanations of select questions and general tips on how to perform your best on test day. We’ll also be raffling off two 2-hour tutoring sessions, and all seminar attendees get a $300 discount on a future Blueprint course.

In addition, Southwestern is hosting an in-depth panel on what an admissions committee looks for in applicants, and giving out some great goodies of their own, so the seminar will benefit LSAT-takers and law school applicants alike. Make sure you RSVP to the Southwestern Admissions Office at or 213-738-6834, as spots are limited.

    Here’s the full schedule:

    Saturday, September 6th

    Southwestern Law School
    3050 Wilshire Blvd.
    Los Angeles, CA 90010

    4:00 – 5:00 p.m. – The Admissions Committee Perspective:

If you were a member of a law school’s Admissions Committee, what would you look for in a candidate? This session will provide you with the opportunity to serve on a Mock Admissions Committee alongside Southwestern’s Dean of Admissions and a faculty member who will guide the discussion using real application files. You will learn first-hand how to put together the best possible law school application, with helpful tips on writing personal statements and soliciting letters of recommendation.

    5:00 – 6:00 p.m. – Choose your Breakout Session:

The LSAT: Blueprint LSAT Preparation will explain the importance of the Law School Admission Test and what to expect on the exam. Participants will review actual LSAT questions with the instructor, who will provide tips on how to optimize your performance on the exam.
Advocates in Training: Student members of Southwestern’s Moot Court, Trial Advocacy, and Negotiations Honors Program will demonstrate their advocacy skills and will answer questions about what it is like to participate on award-winning interscholastic teams.

Immediately following the end of the last presentation, Southwestern will be hosting a Reception with Faculty, Honors Program Student Leaders, and Peer Mentors. Food and drinks will be served. This is an opportunity for you to learn more about law school through future colleagues and faculty.

Southwestern is providing all attendees with complimentary parking and application fee waivers. They will also raffle a Southwestern Book Scholarship for the first year of law school.
