B. Tough day for the ABA. First, the it got sued by Florida Coastal School of Law for enforcing its accreditation standards too strictly; the school claims the enforcement constitutes an “attack on diversity.” PR Newswire

C. And then a former student and president of the law school formerly known as Charlotte School of Law sued the ABA for not enforcing its accreditation standards strictly enough. ABA Journal
