A) Big, big news from the Supreme Court today – in its decision on King v. Burwell, the Court upheld a key provision of ObamaCare that provides consumers with subsidies to purchase healthcare. Also of note: a nice little zinger in Scalia’s dissenting opinion, in which he criticized Obama for playing fast and loose with legality and wrote, “We should start calling this law SCOTUScare.” The Hill

D) It’s probably no surprise to you that Whole Foods is expensive. However, New York City’s Department of Consumer Affairs is alleging that Whole Foods routinely overcharges – for instance, by overstating the weight on meat sold by the pound. Washington Post
