Diagram the following conditional statement and find its contrapositive: “Anytime you need a friend, please call someone else.”

Answer

The diagramming keyword here is “anytime.”  “Anytime” indicates a sufficient condition.  So, “need a friend” is sufficient.  That means “call someone else” is necessary.
