Webinar: Test Prep for the Prehealth Professions – DAT, OAT, and PCAT
- Apr 27, 2016
If you’re looking to enter school to become a dentist, you need to take the DAT. If you want to be an optometrist, you’ll need to sit for the OAT. If you’re interested in becoming a pharmacist, the PCAT stands in your way. These tests are a very important piece of your applications to school. Phil Hawkins, one of our senior instructors, discusses these entrance exams in detail.
If you’re interested in learning more about these exams, this webinar is for you; you can watch the recording of the session below. Phil discusses the sections on each exam, the time limits and number of questions, as well as the breakdown of subjects in each section. He will also go over how each exam is scored and what constitutes a good score. You’ll also be able to see the average scores for students accepted into the top schools for that field.
Understanding the test is a big part of doing well on it. This webinar is a good place to start.
